You may have noticed that we have been rather quiet on the blog recently… We have been VERY busy working on some special Team McGillicuddy ‘secrets projects’ – some of which will be revealed VERY shortly, so make sure you keep your eye out!
We have some important updates that we would like to share with you – one of which will make two readers in particular very happy indeed ;0)

Competition news:
Those of you who saw us at the convention, will be aware that there have been two amazing prizes up for grabs over the past few months. Olympus very kindly agreed to give a brand new OM-D EM5 to one lucky Totty 4 Tom calendar backer. In addition to this one lucky visitor to the Olympus stand – at the Societies convention back in January – would win a days one to one training with the Big Dog himself at team McGillicuddy HQ in Chester.
Before we announce the winners of these two fantastic prizes, we would just like to say a very big thank you to all who supported the Totty 4 Tom charity by purchasing a calendar. We are very proud to have been involved with the charity and are very great full for all of the support that it has received. We would also like to thank all of you who stopped by and said hello to us at the Societies convention; it was a fantastic week and were glad to be able to share it with all of the wonderful people who attended.
Now, without any further ado, Team McGillicuddy would like to congratulate Mr Matthew Cain on becoming the latest member of the OM-D owners club, and Mrs Sheila Nicholls on becoming the latest photographer to receive one to one photographic training from Grand Master Damian McGillicuddy
Focus news:
Thanks to Damian’s tweeting, you should all now be aware that Team McGillicuddy will be at this years Focus on Imaging. We will be based at stand F51, but will also be committing ‘Random Acts of Photography’ throughout the day (so make sure you keep an eye out for us when you are wandering around ;0)).
We will also have a show offer that will see the price of our new training DVD ‘Down and Dirty Vol: 2 – The Big Dog in The Big Apple’ remain at £69.99, and the first 50 DVDs sold will come with a free copy of ‘Down and Dirty Vol: 1’. However, do be warned… These DVDs are not for those of you who are offended by massive amounts of information and some shouting, swearing and some falling over in true ‘Down and Dirty’ fashion.
App news:
We can now confirm that the Lite version off our app is now available for download in the iOS App Store. The lite version of The Big Dog – Guide to Photography is available as a free download – but be warned – once you have had a taste you will most definitely want more!
